Rite Aid is located in 31 states. If you are lucky enough to live in one of those states, you can save a lot of money! Stack Rite Aid coupons with manufacturer coupons and earn back Plenti Points to get the best deals possible.

Wellness+Plenti Card:

The first thing you will want to do, it sign up for a Wellness+Plenti Card. It’s free! You will need the Plenti Card to score in-store savings and rewards that spend like store credit. You spend your rewards like cash to pay for your merchandise. Your Plenti card may also be used at Macy’s, Exxon, Mobil, At&T and more! Sign up for free here.

This is the reason it is important to have that Plenti Card when couponing at Rite Aid: You are going to scan your Plenti card when you make your purchases at Rite Aid. This will enable you to receive the weekly deals and points back. Your Plenti points are going to accumulate in your account. This will lead to in-store credit. Every 100 points is $1.00!

Here is an example of what a deal including Plenti Points will look like:

  • Buy (1) Caress Body Wash $3.99 sale price
  • *Buy one, receive 100 Plenti Points – Limit 2*
  • Use (1) $1.00/1 Caress Body Wash from RP 4/9

  • Pay $1.99, receive 100 Plenti Points ($q.00)

Points will be added to your account before coupons are applied. Stack your coupons and still earn those Plenti Points before they are deducted!

Redeeming Plenti Points:

To begin redeeming Plenti Points, you must have at 200 points in your account. ($2.00) Your total transaction after coupons has to be at least $2.00 to redeem your points. You can redeem and earn in the same transaction. The points you earn that day cannot be redeemed until the following day. Plenti points expire after 2 years. So, you have plenty of time to decide how to use them!

Rolling Plenti Points: Like most reward programs, you will want to roll those points! Use your Plenti Points earned the previous week into the next week of deals and Plenti Points promotions. You will keep your out of pocket to an extreme minimum by doing this.

Plenti Points Promotions that require you to spend a certain amount on products before earning points will track on your Plenti card. If the promotion is Spend $20.00 on select beauty products, earn 500 Plenti Points, you have the entire week to reach the $20.00 threshold to earn the points.

Wellness Card:

Rite Aid has two rewards programs. Plenti Points and Wellness+. All points will be added to your Wellness+Plenti card. You will earn one Wellness+ point for every $1.00 spent. You will earn Wellness+ points on the subtotal of your purchase and before coupons. You will earn 25 Wellness+ points for every prescription filled.

The more Wellness+ points you earn, the better. You will receive special Rite Aid status for these accumulated points. This will earn you exclusive discounts.

Bronze Status: 100 points. Receive a one time 10% off shopping pass. This will be for every 100 points earned until you reach bronze status.

Silver Status: 500 points. Receive 10% off throughout the store for a year. ( a few exclusions may apply)

Gold Status: 1,000 points. Receive 20% off throughout the store for a year. (some exclusions may apply

Rite Aid’s sales and promotions begin anew every Sunday. Also, look for Rite Buy offers. They begin the first week of a new month and are valid all month long. These offers will include sales and points back promotions. You will find them advertised in the weekly ad or on sales tags in the store.

 Stacking Coupons At Rite Aid:

Rite Aid’s coupon policy states that you are allowed to use up to three coupons in one transaction. This will include one manufacturer coupon, one RC48 Valuable coupons and one RC49 Rite Aid store coupon. (found at bottom of your receipt or weekly ad) Stacking coupons and then earning back Plenti Points is the key to saving the most! Plus, you will earn those Wellness+ points.

Rite Aid only allows four like coupons per transaction. If you are buying more than four of the same product with coupons, consider doing separate transactions.

Using coupons on buy one, get one free promotions:

When Rite Aid has a buy one, get one free sale, you can only use a coupon on the one you are buying.

Download Rebate Apps:

If you are a couponer, you more than likely have the rebate apps loaded to your mobile device. Be sure to at least have Ibotta, Checkout51, and Mobisave. There are so many items that we buy at drug stores that qualify for cash back.

 Load2Card Coupons:

Download the Rite Aid App for Load2Card coupons! You will also be able to locate them on RiteAid.com. These are manufacturer coupons. The Rite Aid app manufacturer coupons normally have a higher value than the printable coupons. When you see the coupon you want to use within the app, just tap clip the coupon. It will be loaded to your card. When you make your purchase, it will automatically deduct when you enter your phone number during checkout. Each coupon can only be redeemed once.

Rite Aid Store Coupons:

Find the Rite Aid store coupons in Rite Aid’s weekly ad. You will see the RC49 code followed by numerals below the coupon barcode. This lets you know that the coupon is a Rite Aid coupon and can be stacked with a manufacturer coupon. RC49 coupons are also found on the end of your receipt.

Rite Aid Valuable Coupons:

Rite Aid Valuable coupons are also known as RC48 coupons. They are not as common as the RC49 coupons. They can be found at the bottom of your receipt, a peelie on product, in the weekly ad or as a Catalina coupon.

Roll Your Plenti Points: 

To maximize your savings each week, roll those Plenti Points! Scour your weekly ad for items giving back points. Use your existing points to help pay for your purchases and earn back more points. This is the best way to shop with almost all rewards programs.

Rain Checks:

If an item is out of stock, don’t be afraid to ask for a rain check! If the item you are looking for is a Plenti Points offer, it depends on the store whether they will add that offer to your rain check. It doesn’t hurt to ask!
